Return/Cancellation Policy

  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Cancellation must be done before items are shipped via the Contact Page or email [email protected].


Transport Damage

  • I am not responsible for damage to the product due to transportation, mishandling, delays nor weather. Refunds and returns will not be given for items that have been damaged after they have been mailed.
  • If your package is lost (meaning it’s been more than 1-2 months since it’s been shipped out), contact me via the Contact Page or by email ([email protected]) and we can try to work something out.
Packages Delays 
  • If you would like tracked shipping for a quicker and more secure delivery, select the option for tracked shipping on ONE of the items you purchase.
  • Some regions can take up to weeks if not months to arrive. Your items are not necessarily lost. (Tracked shipments will help with this!)

Cancellation Fee

There is a $1.13 cancellation fee. This is the credit card handler’s policy. It will take about one week for the refund to show on your account and a little longer for international accounts.
